Format: Is it consistent? Does it work? Headings: Are they appropriate? Are there better options? Content: Is anything missing? If so, what? Should anything be added? Organization: Does the order of information work? Would another pattern work better? Editing: Is there anything spelled wrong? Words used incorrectly? Grammar problems? Look: Does it look professional? Thrown together? Thought out? Wording: Does it avoid "I, me, a, an"? Does it use active verbs that show work? Clarity: Do you understand their jobs, skills, descriptions, etc? Dates: Are dates formatted similarly? Are there any gaps in time? Concerns: What other questions/comments do you have?
